Been involved in the fitness and wellness industry for over 2x decades in Europe and Australia, I started building my fitness ladder with Professional ballroom and Latin dancing through Stretch movement & NIA flow technique to PT and Group fitness instructing (Aqua HIIT, Aqua Spin, Boxercise, Sand Shuttles, Parents & Bubs 3-class creator) And to top it all off I specialised in Shiatsu therapy massage to treat deep scaring and internal muscular ailments.
